FOLSOM POINT CREATES MARKETING STRATEGY FOR NEW FOOD PRODUCT

(Boulder, CO) - Strategic consulting firm Folsom Point, Inc. recently completed development of a marketing strategy for Buonissimo! Foods, Inc., a Boulder-based manufacturer of gourmet spice blends. Folsom Point conducted an analysis of the market opportunities and competitive products. The firm then outlined a "go to market" plan for the spice manufacturer's first product, the Regina Cucina Spicy Italian Garlic Mix. The product is a 100% certified organic blend of hand-crafted Italian spices that enhances flavor and adds beauty to food recipes.
"As a start-up, Buonissimo! Foods must sell direct to food outlets and develop a regional following," said Cathy Kramer, President of Folsom Point. "We spent a lot of time talking with specialty retailers, natural food grocers and industry professionals to find out what needed to be done so that this product would flourish in their retail environment."
