FOLSOM POINT FINALIST IN 2007 DENVER METRO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BUSINESS AWARDS

(Boulder, CO) - Folsom Point LLC, a strategic marketing and management consulting firm, announced today that it has been selected as a finalist for the 2007 Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. The awards recognize the success of a business in both the marketplace and by what it gives back to its employees and to the community in which it operates.

"Every year the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce highlights the achievements of outstanding companies and organizations within its community, and in Denver this is a particularly competitive process," said Nicky Lee, CEO of Folsom Point. The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce bestows the Business Awards to companies, organizations, or individuals who have made an impact in one of four different categories. This year, more than 120 companies were nominated in the categories of Emerging Business of the Year, Non-Profit of the Year, Minority-Owned Business of the year, Small Business of the Year, as well as the David E. Bailey Small Business Advocate of the Year.

Of the 12 businesses that were named finalists, Folsom Point was chosen for the Minority-Owned Business of the Year which recognizes excellence in business and leadership by a minority-owned company. Winners will be announced at the Awards Luncheon on May 16 in Denver, Colorado.
