FOLSOM POINT SELECTED TO DEVELOP INTERNET STRATEGY

(Boulder, CO) - Folsom Point, Inc., a marketing and e-business consulting firm, has been selected by TriWest Group, LLC to develop a strategic plan for designing and launching its corporate web site.
TriWest Group, LLC is a national consulting firm specializing in human services. In addition to establishing its web presence, the company will use their web site for online customer surveying and secure report distribution to clients. To ensure that the latest surveys and reports are available, the site will feature a custom content management application that will allow non-technical staff to easily update site content. Because of the sensitive nature of survey responses in health care and human services, Folsom Point will be required to ensure applicable HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements are met. HIPAA gives health care recipients greater protection for their medical records and health information.
"We met with several interactive agencies, but they didn't understand the health care market. They also focused more on design versus helping us with features and functions that our customers could actually use," said Frank McGuirk, TriWest Group Principal. "Folsom Point's approach was based upon our business. They took the time to understand who was going to use the site, and how we could engage with these customers through the use of technology. They made us feel extremely comfortable and confident in their ability to set a strategy for the site, and then oversee the design and development of it."

Folsom Point is working with TriWest Group to define the web site requirements, oversee a design and development team to implement the site, test functionality, and train designated web administrators. The site is expected to be live in June.
